On drums, this can either be easy or fairly difficult. The best thing to do is practice other songs first, and then try this one if you feel up to it. Or, you can try playing the song on medium until you get the hang of it, and then try it on hard. Once you get used to hard, try expert, and expert won't seem difficult at all because of practicing it on hard.
